FDNY Fireworks Detail for Hillary Clinton Prompts Questions

An internal FDNY memo assigning the members of Marine 1 to an election night fireworks detail on the Hudson is creating quite a stir in New York City. The detail is scheduled for November 8, 2016 at 9:30pm, just 30 minutes after the polls close in New York.

The memo was issued last Friday, apparently in preparation for a Hillary Clinton victory celebration. The barge-based display will be shot-off in front of the Jacob Javits Center in Manhattan, where Clinton and her running mate, Tim Kaine, will be gathering with supporters.

The NY Post has all the details, including the responses from firefighters and police officers. Here is a copy of the memo.
