Pass It On!

PASS IT ON!

Last year Billy Goldfeder asked me – along with numerous other fire service family members – to contribute my advice to current and future firefighters, and fire officers. The contributions were put together in a brand new 400+ page book by Pennwell entitled “PASS IT ON…What We Know…What We Want You To Know” and that is why I am writing you.

Each one of us, all the contributors (see attachment with the entire list), have donated our time and thoughts in this major fundraiser jointly for both the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation and the Chief Ray Downey Scholarship Fund. With an intro to each writer by Billy G., this book, which is jam packed with real life lessons, advice, experiences, including the good, the bad and the ugly-will, without question-add to any firefighter’s collection of information. All of this from as diverse a group of fire folks ever brought together!

In addition to the words in this book, you will be privileged to also see some never before published photos and documents – some with the actual words of advice from those who have given the supreme sacrifice.

Please take a look at the attached pre-ordering information – I am confident that you will not be disappointed… but if you are you’ll know the amount you spent went to two very good causes!!!!

This book will make an excellent gift for any firefighter – whether it is someone considering our profession, a probie/rookie, a veteran firefighter, a newly or soon to be promoted fire officer-and simply put-anyone who has any level of interest in the fire service.
