San Francisco Sued Over Motorcycle Accident

The motorcyclist who was injured when he was struck by a San Francisco ladder truck has filed suit against the city and county of San Francisco.

Jack Frazier, 50, was injured when he was struck by a ladder truck operated by Michael Quinn, 43. Quinn is suspected if being impaired at the time of the crash. He fled the scene despite bing on duty, and was observed on security video in a bar chugging pictures of water.
