Illinois Chief Arrested on Drug Charges

An Illinois chief is facing felony drug charges following his arrest in a department vehicle.

Fire Chief Carlos Darough, 36, of the Alorton Fire Department was arrested Friday evening by the St. Clair County Sheriff's Department. He has been charged with possession of a felony quantity of marijuana with intent to deliver, and official misconduct.
