Deputy Chief Robert S. Wood filed suit last August accusing the City of Warner Robins, Mayor Randy Toms, and several chiefs with age discrimination, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and violating his constitutional rights.

Two FDNY physicians have filed suit against the city claiming they were passed over for a promotion on account of their race and age. Both doctors are white and in their 60s.
