Florida Firefighter Terminated Over Lewd Photos

A Florida firefighter has been terminated following his no-contest plea to charges he sent lewd photos of himself to a 16-year old girl. Marco Island firefighter Nicholas Macciarolo was sentenced to three years probation in exchange for his plea to a third-degree felony charge of unlawfully using a two-way communication device to facilitate or commit a felony.

The woman identified only as Jane Doe claims that former Fire Chief Douglas Greener began harassing her in the fall of 2017.

An attorney for a Las Vegas firefighter has put the department and union leadership on notice that a lawsuit may be coming in regards to sexual harassment allegations involving revenge porn.
