Discipline Meted Out in Cleveland Urinal Case

I am not sure how we missed this infamous YCMTSU headline last month but discipline was finally meted out in the Cleveland urinal case from last summer.

The incident occurred on August 16, 2013, two days after Cleveland Fire Chief Daryl McGinnis announced his retirement.  A captain at the training academy took the Chief’s photo from the training academy, brought it to a bar where firefighter recruits were celebrating their graduation, and placed in a urinal. A cellphone photo of the chief’s photo was then forwarded to the chief.
