Kansas City Fire Facing Wrongful Death Suit Over Triple Fatal Apparatus Accident

The city of Kansas City is facing a wrongful death suit following a tragic apparatus accident on December 15, 2021. The crash involved an engine and a civilian vehicle that killed three people, two occupants of the civilian vehicle and a pedestrian.

A copy of the complaint is not available. According to media reports, the lawsuit questions the level of training the driver had. Here is some of the video news coverage on the law suit, as well a second video on the accident.
