Illinois Firefighter Charged With Multiple Arsons

A volunteer firefighter in Illinois has been charged in connection with a series of five arson fires over the past two weeks.

Kenneth Grabow, 20, is facing six counts of criminal damage to property and four counts of arson in connection with the 5 fires. The fires were set in 3 barns, a shed and an abandoned house.

According the Stephenson County Sheriff’s Office, Grabow’s vehicle was observed near the scene of some of the fires. The fires occurred between April 14 and 19. Grabow had been a member of the Orangeville Volunteer Fire Department for about 8 months.
