A Colorado firefighter has filed suit alleging she was sexually harassed throughout much of her 10-year membership in the East Grand Fire Protection District #4, and sexually assaulted leading to her constructive termination. Virginia EMS Provider Sued for $3.5 Million Over Sexual Assault

A Virginia EMS provider is facing a $3.5 million suit brought by a 22-year old who claims she was sexually assaulted during a transport by a paramedic who was twice investigated for similar misconduct. Regional One, Inc. is accused of negligent hiring and negligent supervision of former paramedic Keith Edward Dean, currently serving a life plus 20 year sentence for sexually assaulting the woman.

A veteran FDNY EMS captain has been charged by police in California with sexual misconduct with two minors. Captain Wilbert Riera, 51, was arrested Friday in New York afternoon on six counts of felony sex assault. The offenses allegedly occurred on September 12, 2014 in Hollywood.
