Massachusetts Suit Claims Errors Invalidate Fire District Election

A former deputy fire chief is suing a Massachusetts fire district seeking to invalidate an election and remove the district’s chairman. Philip W. Dalessio is suing the Three Rivers Fire District and is seeking a court order invalidating an election of Chairman Ray Domey last May.

Curt Varone has over 45 years of fire service experience and 35 as a practicing attorney licensed in both Rhode Island and Maine. His background includes 29 years as a career firefighter in Providence (retiring as a Deputy Assistant Chief), as well as volunteer and paid on call experience.
