Silver Lining to San Francisco Ladder DUI Dismissal

In a ruling that seems to have surprised the media and many firefighters, the drunk driving case against San Francisco firefighter Michael Quinn has been dismissed. Quinn was driving a ladder truck that struck and nearly killed a motorcyclist, Jack Frazier, on June 29, 2013. A security camera captured the dramatic incident.

YCMTSU Kansas: Drunk Driving Fire Truck

A 24 year old female firefighter is accused of taking a fire truck on a joy ride last Saturday evening, something she may have even gotten away with had she not started talking on the radio. Chelsea Matthew is facing charges of driving under the influence after taking a Lincoln-Ottawa-Harrison Fire District brush unit for a ride without permission.
