Kentucky Firefighter-Medic Files Suit Against Second Fire Department

A firefighter who is already suing one Louisville Metro fire department for gender discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation has filed suit against a second fire department for refusing to honor its offer to hire her. Jamie Keith filed suit today against the Okolona Fire Protection District contending its refusal to hire her as a PRN paramedic constituted sex discrimination and retaliation.

Kentucky Medic Alleges Harassment and Retaliation

A Kentucky medic has filed suit claiming she was forced to resign after she complained about sexual harassment, and that the fire department violated the Americans With Disabilities Act and the Family Medical Leave Act. Jamie Keith filed suit against Pleasure Ridge Park Fire Department.
