Georgia Firefighter Sues Claiming Whistleblower Retaliation Over LODD Complaints

A Georgia firefighter who was terminated after he complained about the actions of the fire chief at the scene of a fire that killed a fire lieutenant, has filed suit against the chief, the fire department and other local officials. William Jordan claims his termination from the Waycross Fire Department in 2016 was retaliation.
