Garry Harling filed suit in US District Court for the District of Indiana last week against the City of Westfield.

Deputy Chief Robert S. Wood filed suit last August accusing the City of Warner Robins, Mayor Randy Toms, and several chiefs with age discrimination, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and violating his constitutional rights.
