South Carolina County Sues Fire District

In a move that was not-unexpected, Florence County, South Carolina has filed suit in 12th Circuit Court of Common Pleas against the West Florence Fire District seeking to block the fire district’s existence. The suit follows the county’s failed attempt to file a similar suit at the South Carolina Supreme Court level.
