San Francisco Threatens to Sue Nevada Over Patient Dumping

Today's burning question: Can one state give a bunch (let's say 500 or so) of it's homeless psychiatric patients a one-way bus ticket to a major city in another state to help reduce its costs of caring for these patients?

Answer: That is what the city of San Francisco is alleging that the state of Nevada has done… and the SF folks are none too happy about it… nor are the Feds…
