Reinstatement of Fired Captain Upheld by BC Supreme Court

The Supreme Court of British Columbia has upheld a decision by the British Columbia Labour Relations Board to uphold an arbitration award that ordered the reinstatement a captain who engaged in sexual activity while on duty… with an on-duty dispatcher… in the fire chief’s office… lying to investigators about it… only to discover that it was caught on surveillance video the chief had installed.

Canadian Fire Chief Accused of Additional Sexual Exploitation Charges

An Ontario fire chief who was suspended last December when accusations of sexual misconduct with an under age boy first surfaced, is now facing 17 counts as additional victims started coming forward. Kingsville Fire Chief Robert Kissner, 60, is facing 11 counts of sexual assault, 5 of sexual exploitation and 1 of sexual interference
