Texas Judge Dismisses City’s Unfair Campaigning Suit Against Union

A Texas judge has ruled in favor of Corpus Christi Firefighters IAFF Local 936 in a suit filed by the city of Corpus Christi that claimed union’s media campaign violated the terms of the collective bargaining agreement.

The city claimed the “Become a Hero” campaign constituted “unfair public campaigning”.
