    I see we need a new mandatory course in the police and fire academies, along with a mandatory annual refresher on "Keeping It Zipped 101." This would be right along with the courses on "Not Ripping Off Your Community/Department/Agency," and "How Not To Act In Public." We've got plenty of case studies, courtesy of your blog as well as Firegeezer's "Promotional Opportunities."
